About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of incentive compensation processes and experience with data integration, troubleshooting, and reporting. They will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Varicent Incentive Compensation Management platform, ensuring it is configured correctly and supports business needs.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role managing Varicent or other Incentive Compensation Management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of incentive compensation processes and best practices.
  • Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and SQL scripting.
