Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to take ownership of our reward framework across the UK. As a Reward Framework Specialist, you will work at both a strategic and operational level, partnering with senior leadership, the people team, and operational colleagues to create a robust and equitable rewards strategy.

Total Reward Package: This role includes designing and implementing total reward packages, covering compensation bench marking, benefits administration, job evaluation, recognition programmes, and performance-based reward initiatives. You will drive initiatives that support employee engagement and retention for over 5,100 colleagues across the UK.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in reward management within a large, complex, and unionised organisation. Essential skills include designing and implementing reward and benefits strategies that support business performance and employee retention. Additionally, you should have experience in change management, particularly in aligning reward programmes with organisational transformation. A CIPD or equivalent qualification in Strategic HR or Reward Management is also required.

Benefits: As a Reward Framework Specialist, you will receive a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be subject to clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service and a County Court Judgment check. In addition, you will be expected to keep Axon Moore updated if your personal circumstances change.
