The successful candidate will act as a mentor to the consultants and play a pivotal role in enhancing our service offerings and internal processes. Key responsibilities include:




  • Client Engagement and Delivery (80% Billable): Lead complex client engagements, delivering advanced security risk and compliance assessments, providing strategic advice in both written and spoken forms, ensuring deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Internal Security and Quality Management: Oversee the continuous improvement of internal Security and Quality management systems, leading internal audits, policy development, and ensuring compliance.
  • Project and Team Leadership: Manage and lead multiple projects, both for clients and internally, from inception to completion.
  • Excellence in Delivery: Deliver high-quality work that meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Proactive Contribution: Actively contribute to both client projects and internal initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, both in your own professional development and in the processes you support.


The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
