Head of Reward and HR Operations
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our compensation and benefits function, overseeing all aspects of rewards strategy, employee experience, and HR operations.
As the Head of Reward and HR Operations, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of our HR operations function, streamlining processes, and modernizing operations. You will also oversee the annual reward cycles and benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's broader goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the transformation of HR operations, streamlining processes and modernizing operations
- Oversee annual reward cycles and benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Manage compensation, benefits, and performance reward processes
- Collaborate on partner-level reward strategy
- Provide strong leadership to HR Operations and Reward teams
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in overseeing compensation and benefits processes
- Significant experience in redesigning and streamlining operational HR processes
- Previous experience in managing HR projects
- Experience in developing and coaching teams through transformation and growth
- Strong systems experience
Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with industry standards.
