As a Benefits Package Strategist, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing total reward packages that support business performance and employee retention at Axon Moore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in reward management within a large, complex, and unionised organisation.

The role requires a strong understanding of compensation benchmarking and benefit administration, as well as the ability to design and implement reward and benefits strategies that align with organisational transformation.

We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. If you have a strong background in strategic HR or reward management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement total reward packages that support business performance and employee retention
  • Align reward programmes with organisational transformation
  • Maintain accurate records of compensation benchmarking and benefit administration
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and suppliers
