About the Role

We require a senior compensation specialist with experience in financial services, who can provide expert advice on reward and executive compensation.

This role involves working closely with HR and business leaders to develop and refine compensation programs that align with industry trends and regulatory requirements.

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze compensation data using Workday and other HR systems to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Market and Regulatory Alignment: Model compensation trends across the financial services industry to ensure our practices are aligned with market standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with the Head of Reward to prepare materials and insights for Remuneration Committee meetings.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide expert advice on executive and deferred compensation across the UK and European offices.

An estimated salary for this position is up to £80,000 plus benefits.
