Global Law Firm in London seeks a skilled Reward and Benefits Manager to join their team. Estimated salary is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.

Job Description

The role involves providing support with all aspects of reward and benefits, particularly to HR colleagues globally. Key responsibilities include delivering the annual global salary review and bonus process, managing compensation benchmarking tools and analytics, and liaising with benefit providers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone working at the reward and benefits manager level who wishes to help initiate and drive initiatives forward. The firm offers flexible hybrid working arrangements (2 days in the office per week).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in reward and compensation management.
  2. Global reward and compensation knowledge.
  3. Knowledge of relevant benefits legislation, including pensions legislation.
  4. Project management skills.
