Reward and Compensation Advisor

Career Legal is seeking a highly skilled Reward and Compensation Advisor to join our HR team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits and be able to provide expert advice to our senior leadership team.
The estimated salary for this role is £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice on compensation and benefits matters
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement reward strategies and policies
- Analyse market trends and legislative changes impacting the legal sector
Requirements:
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in compensation and benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and other stakeholders
