We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Strategy Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in executive compensation, executive reward, or corporate governance, as well as extensive knowledge of compensation and its influencing factors.

Responsibilities

  2. Design and implement tailored compensation plans for privately held businesses and those preparing for an initial public offering.">
  3. Provide technical expertise in executive compensation, including corporate governance, incentive design, performance calibration, and financial services legislation.">
  4. Establish strong relationships with clients and their teams.">
  5. Manage client engagements, including identifying business challenges, developing solutions, and delivering project management support.">
  6. Execute high-quality professional advice, including client reports and delivery.">
  7. Develop and train team members in execution and customer delivery.">
  8. Maintain adherence to company policies and relevant frameworks.">

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong experience in executive compensation, executive reward, or corporate governance.">
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation and its influencing factors.">
  • Experience in the financial services market, particularly in executive compensation.">
  • Expertise in incentive design, including performance calibration and metrics.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to communicate complex material effectively to clients and stakeholders.">
  • Capacity to handle stakeholder expectations and obligations.">

Remuneration

The estimated salary for this role is £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
