Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Compensation Strategy Manager to join our dynamic HR team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic compensation initiatives that attract and retain top talent globally.

This key position involves working closely with senior leaders to develop comprehensive compensation strategies, leveraging global market data, and ensuring regulatory compliance across various countries.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of compensation frameworks, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global compensation strategies that align with business objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation levels
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to design and implement enterprise-wide compensation programs
  • Analyze data and present insights to inform compensation decisions
  • Partner with recruiters to design competitive offer packages for external hires
Requirements
  • Strong experience in international compensation and total rewards
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compensation strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel experience, with the ability to model and interpret data
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
