About This Role

In this role, you will be an integral part of the team managing benchmarking, compensation structure design, and compensation reviews, which aid managerial decisions related to compensation programs in various BCG organization(s) and cohorts(s).

  • You will develop analysis and presentation materials to be delivered to stakeholder and leadership teams to support decision making.
  • Assist in the development of processes and frameworks for workflow management to the COE, ensuring timely resolution of queries and requests from offices globally.
  • Contribute to assigned key initiatives across the range of areas covered by Global Compensation COE.
Your Responsibilities

As a member of the Global Compensation COE team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting benchmarking using various market data sources.
  • Developing and completing compensation reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
  • Partnering with Compensation Advisors and HR Partners to review, update, and design salary ranges and structures.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master/ MBA a plus 2-6+ years of corporate and/or consulting compensation experience, showing progression.
  • Ability to drive analysis and processes with guidance.
  • Knowledge of reward practices with focus on benchmarking and compensation modelling.
  • In-depth knowledge of different market benchmark surveys.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with compensation & analytics systems a plus (e.g., Market Pay, Tableau).
  • Experience working across different geographies.
  • Confidence to present benchmarking and compensation analysis.
  • Desire to work with stakeholders.
