As a Total Rewards professional with retail industry experience, you will be part of our team at Fashion & Retail Personnel's London Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage compensation programs that align with our global retail objectives by designing strategies to motivate employees and drive business performance.

• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations related to employment law and benefits administration.

• Collaborate with HR and management for performance management processes and reward strategies, fostering a culture of transparency and fairness.

• Maintain accurate records and data management for rewards-related activities, ensuring seamless communication across departments.

About the Role:

As a dynamic Total Rewards professional, your primary focus will be on developing and managing compensation and benefits programs that drive business results while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our HR team to implement effective performance management processes and reward strategies that foster a positive company culture.

We offer an estimated salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive package including competitive benefits, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.
