Senior Manager, Reward and Compensation

GS2 Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Reward and Compensation to lead the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies across multiple regions. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of compensation and benefits at a leading investment manager and private equity firm.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and strong expertise in UK payroll tax regulations, labour laws, and compliance. They will also have excellent Excel and data software skills, used to analyze and recommend data-driven solutions.

The role reports to the Global Head of People and involves leading key projects and collaborating with teams to deliver a cohesive compensation strategy. The successful individual will receive an attractive compensation package, including a basic salary of £75k-£85k, bonus scheme, 25 days annual leave, and a matched pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies across multiple regions.
  • Lead key projects and collaborate with teams to deliver a cohesive compensation strategy.
