Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager to join our team in the EU Ops organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing compensation programs that align with global and regional strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with HR colleagues and business clients to manage and consult on compensation-related issues.
  2. Provide guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on total compensation issues including pay levels, base pay, annual incentive pay, and stock compensation.
  3. Perform ad hoc analysis for costing, program effectiveness, and trend purposes using Excel and other tools available to us.
  4. Identify, select, and participate in compensation surveys to analyze the company's competitive market position.

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
