About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Technical Compensation Advisor to join our team in the EU region. As a key member of our compensation team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing compensation programs that align with our business strategies and global policies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as primary point of contact and Compensation expert for assigned business lines and countries
* Perform regular analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs
* Effectively partner with HR colleagues and business clients to manage and consult on compensation-related issues
* Provide guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation issues including pay levels, base pay, annual incentive pay, and stock compensation
* Identify, select, and participate in compensation surveys to analyze our competitive market position for each in-country location

Requirements:
* University degree required
* Experience in compensation and benefits or consulting with in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices
* Good understanding of principles and practices of compensation systems and legislation in the EU region
* Highly proficient in Excel; Quicksight skills useful
* Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
* Demonstrated mastery regarding rewards management issues (e.g., surveys, job/market pricing, salary range development)
