The Technical Compensation Advisor will play a key role in supporting our business leaders and partners across the EU region by providing compensation expertise and advice. This includes analyzing and interpreting compensation data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement compensation programs, and communicating complex compensation concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Duties:
* Provide compensation expertise to business leaders and partners across the EU region
* Analyze and interpret compensation data to inform business decisions and identify trends
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement compensation programs that support business objectives
* Communicate complex compensation concepts and ideas to non-technical stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry developments that impact compensation practices

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits or a related field
* Proven track record of success in compensation analysis, design, and implementation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
