Job Title:Children’s Disability Support Specialist

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Children’s Disability Support Specialist to work with children with disabilities in Darlington. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated social worker to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments of children’s needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Support for Families and Carers: Work closely with families and carers to provide guidance, support, and resources to help them meet the needs of the child.

Requirements:
  • Education: Degree or equivalent in social work
  • Registration: Current registration with Social Work England
  • Experience: Significant frontline experience in Children’s Social Services within the UK working as a qualified Social Worker

Estimated Salary:£35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
