Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their team as a Care Coordinator for vulnerable children. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children with disabilities and developing care plans to support their well-being.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Needs Assessment and Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Family Support: Work closely with families and carers to provide guidance, support, and resources to help them meet the needs of the child.

Requirements:



  • Education: Degree or equivalent in social work
  • Registration: Current registration with Social Work England
  • Experience: Significant frontline experience in Children's Social Services within the UK working as a qualified Social Worker

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Social Worker to make a positive impact on the lives of children with disabilities. The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
