Disability Support Specialist

We are searching for a skilled Disability Support Specialist to deliver exceptional support services to individuals with disabilities in our Darlington community.
About the Role:- This position involves providing daily living assistance and encouraging independence among service users, fostering a supportive environment for personal growth.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each service user.
- Coordinate community and social outings, facilitating meaningful interactions and experiences.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; relevant certifications or qualifications in healthcare or social work are desirable.
- Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities, showcasing adaptability and a strong understanding of diverse needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective collaboration with service users and colleagues.
- An attractive salary between £27,000 and £40,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
