Support Worker Job Description

As a Support Worker with Creative Support Ltd, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support services to individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities in Darlington, County Durham.

You will be working in a vibrant team that is passionate about delivering person-centred care and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality support services and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

No previous care experience is required, just a willingness to learn and develop your skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in people's lives and work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
