Comprehensive Disability Assessments for Claimants

This is an exciting opportunity for Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Paramedics to work as Functional Specialists, conducting unbiased assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP).

About the Role
  • You will provide a comprehensive, personalized, and inclusive assessment service, considering a wide range of health conditions and disabilities.
Salary and Benefits

The role comes with a competitive salary of £38,500 - £41,500 per annum, including a 5% retention bonus that rises to 10% quality & retention bonus. You can also earn up to £45,650 in overtime (OTE). Additional benefits include a generous holiday package, company-provided equipment, and access to wellness programmes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive assessments and reports, managing caseloads from start to finish.
  • Conduct assessments for a wide range of health conditions and disabilities, ensuring a personalized and inclusive service.
  • Dedicate time for professional development, breaks, and team meetings.
Ongoing Support and Development
  • Extensive training options: 12 weeks (full-time), 14 weeks (4 days per week), and 17 weeks (3 days per week).
  • Regular feedback and coaching to support your growth and success.
