New Challenge for Experienced Healthcare Professionals
Donard Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled and empathetic Clinical Assessor to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilise your clinical expertise to deliver high-quality assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP) while working in a flexible, hybrid environment.
The estimated salary for this position is £38,500 - £41,500 per annum, with opportunities for professional development and growth within the company. Additional benefits include a 5% retention bonus, OTE: £45,650, Hybrid Full time and Part time working hours available, Training options: 12 weeks (full time), 14 weeks (4 days per week) & 17 weeks (3 days per week), and more.
- Responsibilities:
- To conduct comprehensive assessments for PIP claims, ensuring a fair and inclusive process.
- To manage caseloads efficiently, prioritising tasks and deadlines.
- To maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the assessment process.
Requirements:
- You should have a relevant healthcare qualification and 1+ years post-qualification experience.
- You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You need to be registered on NMC or HCPC without restrictions.
- You should have strong IT literacy and ability to use digital tools effectively.
