We are seeking an exceptional Corporate Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team at Clive Owen LLP. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work closely with our newly appointed partner and contribute to the firm's growth and success in the competitive financial landscape.

The successful candidate will be involved in meeting clients' requirements, undertaking preparatory analysis, drafting financial models, liaising with clients and professional contacts, and supporting the Corporate Finance partner in leading the delivery of transactions.

A typical day in the life of a Corporate Finance Specialist would involve:

  • Supporting the partner in leading M&A transactions from commencement through to completion.
  • Undertaking valuations of various businesses, either as standalone engagements or to support the assessment of M&A options.
  • Preparing financial projections models, working closely with clients to identify and challenge assumptions underlying the financial projections.

As a Corporate Finance Specialist, you will have excellent communication skills, be confident speaking to clients and colleagues face-to-face, over the telephone, and by email. You will also be flexible and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
