We are seeking a dedicated Support Professional to join our team in Darlington. As a Support Professional, you will work closely with individuals with learning disabilities, providing personal care, support with finances, medication, and daily activities. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and supportive environment, ensuring the well-being of our service users.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for supporting others. You will need to be flexible and able to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A full driving license is not required but would be beneficial.

This role offers a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, plus an enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45 for sleep-in shifts. We offer 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time) and a variety of benefits, including pension and holiday buying options.
