Role Overview:

The Disability Support Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering social activities across the North East region.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To develop and deliver social activities that meet the needs of adults with a learning disability or other support need.
  • To coordinate a team of staff and volunteers to ensure the smooth running of events.
  • To work closely with the Regional Development Team to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for travel.

Salary Range: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
