Job Description:Disability Services Social Worker

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is recruiting a highly skilled Disability Services Social Worker to provide essential support to children with disabilities in Darlington. This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments and developing care plans to ensure the well-being of children.


Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Care Plan Development: Create and implement tailored care plans to meet the diverse needs of children, encompassing physical, emotional, and social aspects.
  • Collaboration with Families: Foster close relationships with families and carers, offering expert guidance and resources to promote improved outcomes for children.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work or equivalent
  • Professional Registration: Active membership with Social Work England
  • Work Experience: Significant experience in Children’s Social Services within the UK, with a focus on social work roles

Salary Details:£35,000 - £40,000 annual salary, negotiable based on skills and experience
