- Establishing and promoting positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
- Assisting the class teacher in preparing resources and setting out learning materials and equipment
- Supporting children with their learning and educational development
- Monitoring and modifying learning activities to achieve intended outcomes
- Promoting the social and emotional development of children
- Working with the class teacher to manage behaviour and maintain a suitable working environment
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
