Lead SEMH Learning Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Specialist Teaching Assistant to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in their learning and development. As a member of our team at Protocol Education Ltd, you will work closely with teachers to plan and deliver tailored educational activities, providing one-to-one support to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
In this rewarding role, you will manage challenging behaviour effectively and implement behaviour management strategies. You will also collaborate with educational professionals and parents to create individualised learning plans. With a strong emphasis on safeguarding procedures and child protection policies, we are looking for someone who can build positive relationships with students and colleagues alike.
