Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Support Professional to join our dedicated team at Polam Hall School. As a key member of the SEN department, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs, developing effective support strategies, and ensuring that every pupil reaches their full potential.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position, subject to continued funding for SEN pupils. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the SENCO, creating purposeful and effective support plans, assessing and delivering 1:1 and small group SEMH support, and collaborating with external agencies to promote pupil well-being.

You will be required to maintain accurate records, keep up-to-date with developments in SEN and SEMH, and uphold school expectations regarding pupil conduct.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications at GCSE (or equivalent) including English and Maths
  • A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent
  • Experience of working with complex needs SEN

The salary for this position is £25,775 Actual Salary (Grade G20).
