Mental Health and Behaviour Teaching Assistant

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking an experienced Mental Health and Behaviour Teaching Assistant to work with students in North East England. As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for providing support to students with SEMH needs.
Job Description- Support students with SEMH needs in learning and development
- Collaborate with teachers to plan educational activities
- Provide one-to-one support for students to achieve academic goals
- Manage challenging behaviour and implement effective strategies
The ideal candidate will have a teaching assistant qualification, experience working with children or young people, and a strong understanding of SEMH. You must also have good communication and interpersonal skills. This is a temporary full-time position with potential extension, offering a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
