About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Support Worker to provide care and support to a gentleman with an acquired brain injury. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in enabling him to achieve independence in the community and at home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SUPPORTING A CLIENT WITH ACQUIRED BRAIN INJURY
  • Providing assistance with daily tasks and activities
  • Assisting with vocational rehabilitation around the farm

Requirements:

  • MINIMUM 6 MONTHS UK EXPERIENCE WORKING IN MENTAL HEALTH AND ACQUIRED BRAIN INJURIES
  • Valid UK driving licence with business insurance
  • Ability to work with animals
  • Right to work in the UK

Salary Details:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £15-16 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include a refer a friend scheme, company pension scheme, and bespoke specialist training in ABI/Neurological conditions.
