About the Role:

Lane7 is seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Team Administrator to join their team. This role will be primarily home-based with occasional travel to support the smooth running of the Property Department.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Property and Project Directors to provide general administration support, maintaining schedules of activity and diaries. They will also be responsible for engaging in property and project tasks, demonstrating a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in general administration duties, including maintaining schedules and diaries.
  • Proactively engage in property and project tasks, demonstrating a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with team members to support the smooth running of day-to-day property activity.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining the filing system via Microsoft Teams.
  • Attend meetings to support the flow of project information.
  • Manage the distribution of site meeting minutes to key stakeholders.
  • Order and process new equipment for upcoming venues.
  • Manage the purchase order procedure and payments to key suppliers.
  • Organize orders and deliveries within key timelines.
  • Minute-taking and distribution of meeting minutes to key stakeholders.
  • Update relevant communication platforms.

Requirements:

  • Competent in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A good understanding of report editing and filing.
  • Superb organizational and task-driven skills.
  • Knowledge of Monday.com is a plus.
  • Competent in Outlook emails and scheduling.
  • Ability to schedule and diarise.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
