Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Senior Clinical Lead. In this role, you'll provide clinical guidance and mentoring to our staff, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. You'll also lead and develop a high-performing team, conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans that promote resident well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of mental health nurses
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans that promote resident well-being
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance their skills and confidence

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • An NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role or senior nurse position
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and promoting resident empowerment

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
