Job Summary
You'll use your compassion and expertise to help deliver exceptional levels of care and support. You'll ensure each person's needs are met and that they're treated with dignity and respect.
Your role will involve a wide range of responsibilities, from settling in new residents to developing tailored care plans and carrying out clinical tasks.
Main Responsibilities
You'll provide in-depth expertise on mental health to our multi-disciplinary team, ensuring our residents get the most out of life.
You'll work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective care plans, taking into account individual needs and preferences.
Requirements
- You'll need current NMC registration and a good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia.
- Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential.
- You'll also need an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

About This Role
