You will be responsible for leading a team of respiratory nurses and developing strategies to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of respiratory nurses and develop strategies to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on respiratory disease management.
  • Liaise with community services, including community-based respiratory nurses and intermediate care services.

Person Specification

We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will have:

  • NMC Registration.
  • Courses related to advanced nursing practice or equivalent extensive knowledge in respiratory medicine.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, a pension scheme, and a generous annual leave allowance.
