Job Summary

Leader Recruitment Group is recruiting an experienced Mental Health Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with acquired brain injuries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Delivering person-centred care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and activities
  • Supporting clients to maintain independence and engage in their communities

Requirements:

  • MINIMUM 6 MONTHS UK EXPERIENCE WORKING IN MENTAL HEALTH CARE AND ACQUIRED BRAIN INJURIES
  • Valid UK driving licence with business insurance
  • Ability to work with animals
  • Right to work in the UK

Salary Details:

The salary for this position is expected to be around £15-16 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a refer a friend scheme, company pension scheme, and bespoke specialist training in ABI/Neurological conditions.
