Support Assistant for Acquired Brain Injury

Job Summary
Leader Recruitment Group is recruiting an experienced Mental Health Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with acquired brain injuries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivering person-centred care and support to clients with complex needs
- Assisting with daily living tasks and activities
- Supporting clients to maintain independence and engage in their communities
Requirements:
- MINIMUM 6 MONTHS UK EXPERIENCE WORKING IN MENTAL HEALTH CARE AND ACQUIRED BRAIN INJURIES
- Valid UK driving licence with business insurance
- Ability to work with animals
- Right to work in the UK
Salary Details:
The salary for this position is expected to be around £15-16 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a refer a friend scheme, company pension scheme, and bespoke specialist training in ABI/Neurological conditions.
