Care and Support Role

We require an experienced Adult Care Worker to join our team and support a client with an acquired brain injury. The successful candidate will work closely with the individual to promote independence, dignity, and well-being.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enabling clients to maintain independence in their daily lives
  • Assisting with household chores and personal care
  • Supporting clients with their hobbies and interests

Requirements:

  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN MENTAL HEALTH CARE AND WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS WITH ACQUIRED BRAIN INJURIES
  • Valid UK driving licence with business insurance
  • Ability to work with animals
  • Right to work in the UK

Benefits and Salary:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £31,200 - £32,400 per annum, depending on hours worked. Additional benefits include a refer a friend scheme, company pension scheme, and bespoke specialist training in ABI/Neurological conditions.
