Administrative Assistant for Mental Health Services

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Tewv Brits. As an Administrative Assistant for Mental Health Services, you will provide administrative support to our hotel services team, manage front desk operations, and maintain accurate records. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to our patients.
About the Role:- Work closely with the hotel services team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Provide administrative support, including responding to phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication
- Maintain accurate records and files
The estimated salary for this role is around £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
Requirements:- ITQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification
- NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service (or to be completed within agreed timescale)
- Key skills in literacy and numeracy Level 2 / GCSE in Maths and English grade C or above
