The Clermont Hotel Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Front of House Team as a Customer Service Representative.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity requires exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for greeting guests at the reception desk, handling guest queries, and anticipating guest needs to deliver personalized experiences.
