We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our fast-growing team as a Reception and Concierge Services Coordinator. This exciting opportunity will allow you to provide a warm and welcoming environment for our colleagues, managers, tenants, landlord representatives, and members of the public.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all incoming telephone calls, resolving queries, and providing comprehensive information to callers. You will also meet and greet visitors, direct them to appropriate facilities or staff members, and ensure that all visitors sign in and out of the building.
In addition, you will maintain the reception area's tidiness and organization, update the reception administration, and assist with monitoring and ordering office supplies and maintaining office equipment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role or industry, possess good health and safety knowledge, and be proficient in using Microsoft Office or other IT platforms. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a pressurized environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a Ride to Work Scheme, Employee Assistance Program, Credit Union, Employee of the Month/Year award, and Refer a Friend scheme.
