Reception Services Coordinator

The North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is a leading healthcare provider in the region, dedicated to delivering high-quality services to our community. We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Reception Services Coordinator to join our team at Life Rooms Walton.
Job OverviewThis permanent position offers a competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career development. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
You will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls, processing mail and data, maintaining security within the building, and ensuring reception and waiting areas are clean and safe. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional and courteous reception services to patients, staff, and visitors
- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, taking messages and responding appropriately
- Process mail and data, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
- Maintain security within the building, reporting any incidents or concerns to management
- Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean, tidy, and safe
- Diploma or equivalent in Administration or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- DBS clearance (enhanced)
