About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join our team in the Pre-Operative Assessment department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the department and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.

You will have experience working in an administrative setting, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to learn quickly. You will also possess strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clinical staff, management, and patients and their families/carers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Deliver efficient reception and administrative services to the POA Clinic.
  2. Manage and prioritise tasks, coordinating closely with other administration staff and management.
  3. Provide administrative assistance to the wider multidisciplinary team, including Consultants.

Person Specification

  • A-Levels or equivalent knowledge or experience.
  • Medical terminology.

Salary and Benefits

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience), estimated salary range: £28,000.
