Located in the heart of London, The Clermont Hotel Group is seeking a skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at The Tower Hotel.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to guests from around the world. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, and providing a warm welcome to our guests.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with our reception team, sharing knowledge and best practices to deliver a personalized experience for our guests. With a strong focus on teamwork, you will be expected to coach and support your colleagues to ensure we consistently exceed our guests' expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-ins and check-outs
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with the reception team to achieve business objectives and improve processes
- Coach and develop colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent service
- A competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
