Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Hotel Reception Supervisor to join our team at the Morton Hotel. As a key member of the front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring accurate room allocations, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures

- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve guest satisfaction

- Degree or equivalent in Hospitality or a related field
