Hotel Reception Supervisor Leader

As a Hotel Reception Supervisor Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our reception team, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and attention to detail. Your role will involve supervising and organizing staff on duty, observing and enforcing security, health, and safety regulations, and implementing new procedures and training.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of reception staff, ensuring maximum desk coverage at all times.
- Ensure that all staff are aware of security, health, and safety regulations and enforce compliance.
- Action special requests for regular guests, VIPs, and groups with guidance from the management team.
- Maintain communication with housekeeping and concierge throughout the shift to follow up on special requests.
- Implement new procedures and coordinate training with the management team.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a related industry.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of the Opera system.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
