Hotel Front Office Supervisor

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a unique boutique hotel in the City of London.
The hotel, part of The Autograph Collection from Marriott, is a 74-bedroom five-star property that offers a luxurious experience to its guests.
The role of a Front Office Supervisor is to lead the front office team, ensuring that the receptionists are attentive, welcoming, and provide excellent service to our guests.
Successful candidates will have hotel reception experience and be proficient in Opera.
As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of receptionists to provide exceptional customer service
- Ensuring that the front office area is well-organized and efficient
- Managing the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
- Providing training and support to new team members
