Confidence in all aspects of guest relations, including receiving and recognizing all guests, including those who require special attention, is essential.

Maintaining strong working relationships and communicating with all departments is also crucial.

As a Reception Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to be part of a high-energy, fun team that delivers excellent customer service each day to all our guests.

To support your success, you will be trained in all front-of-house related functions and the safety of the property and people.

By joining us as a Reception Supervisor, you will become part of a friendly team of 150 talents. Our hotel offers 630 spacious rooms and 33 dedicated conference, meeting, and events spaces suitable for 1 to 2000 people.

Key Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (and a 2nd language would be a plus)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
  • Service-focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
  • Prior experience working with Opera
  • Able to initiate contacts and establish rapport easily
  • Capable of organizing time and work efficiently
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the UK
