Job Title: Front Office Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at MERCURE. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front office operations, and supervising a team of front office staff.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Front Office Operations: Manage daily front office operations, including supervising front cashiers, controlling hotel duty keys and floats, and ensuring strict procedures are followed for all cash/credit, accounting, and banking procedures.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and support the Front Office team, ensuring department policies and procedures are understood and observed.
  • Training and Development: Implement training programs for all employees, conduct induction and skills training, and ensure effective communication of new and updated information regarding policies, rates, and general hotel information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a front office supervisory role.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
