Hotel Operations Role

Meliá London Kensington is seeking a skilled Reception Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate front desk staff to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Manage daily shift operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and concerns.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions and hotel operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Fluency in English, with Spanish knowledge desirable.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations software and systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
