B2B Support Service Manager - Competitive Salary & Benefits, Bournemouth or Newcastle / Hybrid
We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Customer Support Manager, with experience in SaaS or business information organisations, to lead our client support teams in Bournemouth and Newcastle.
The ideal candidate will be strategic and business-minded, yet personable and experienced in mentoring and developing teams. They will shape the strategy and delivery of client care, ensuring client satisfaction and quantitative targets are exceeded.

The key responsibilities include:
- Improving client retention through excellent customer service
- Developing and maintaining proactive client processes
- Managing client issues and following problems through to resolution

Location: Bournemouth or Newcastle, with frequent travel between UK offices. Hybrid working offered.
